About Me
Hi, I’m Antone, a Senior SDET and Automation Engineer. I live in the shadow of the Olympic rainforest with my partner and our cats. I focus on building automation and championing quality strategy as a low-cost, high-leverage way to overcome the challenges that routinely plague software development. Across my time at Microsoft, Unity, Netflix, and other teams, I’ve found that most organizations can sense when something isn’t working, but often struggle to identify why or how to fix it. That’s typically where I come in. I specialize in diagnosing systemic quality problems and designing automation, workflows, and team practices that address the root causes, without adding friction or unnecessary bureaucracy. I'm currently exploring opportunities where I can apply these principles to solve complex quality challenges at scale.
